Death From Above
(sometimes abbreviated to DFA) is a Canadian punk rock duo from Toronto, Ontario. The duo changed their name to Death From Above 1979
in 2004 after a legal dispute with the dance music label DFA Records; however, in 2017, the band officially changed their name back to Death From Above
. The duo consists of vocalist and drummer Sebastien Grainger
and bassist Jesse F. Keeler
