Episode Summary: Once again The Governor is proud to present his Canadian Metal 3-Pack for 2009!

First interviews with vocalist Alex Erian and bassist Mike Lavelle of Montreal’s Despised Icon encounter The Governor for a chat about the ladies and their new album Day of Mourning. Next it’s vocalist Cam Pipes of Vancouver’s 3 Inches of Blood, for a talk about his band’s lineup changes, the haters, and the new album Here Waits Thy Doom. Finally vocalist Rody Walker of Whitby’s Protest The Hero receives another helping of verbal abuse from The Governor.

Of course we feature a good dose of Canadian metal for your headbanging pleasure!

Plus on "Some Sly Advice," Sly dishes out some automotive tips.
