Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators - Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums), Todd Kerns (bass) and Frank Sidoris (guitar) - have announced a Fall headlining tour starting September 4 in San Diego, CA and wrapping October 3 in Los Angeles, CA. The exclusive presale for Citi card members starts Tuesday, July 3. See the tour dates below. This news comes as the band, coming off a successful European trek, gets ready to launch a Summer headlining tour of the U.S. and Canada July 12 in Portland, OR, right after the iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will be honored with his own star on the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame on July 10.

Grindcore legends Repulsion have been forced to pull out of East End’s Third Annual Block Party in Portland, OR. The event is set to take place on July 8th and features appearances by Danava, Lord Dying, and Witch Mountain among others. Repulsion founder and guitarist Matt Olivo commented on the situation: "Repulsion regrets to inform our fans that due to an unfortunate misunderstanding we will not be playing the July 8th East End Block Party in Portland. We're sorry this has happened and hope to perform for the great city of Portland sometime soon. We encourage you all to still attend this incredible show and support your local scene."

Following the doom-laden guitar assault that was 2010's, 'Must Destroy,' Madison, Wisconsin power-trio Droids Attack has announced an upcoming Summer US tour beginning early next month, taking the band throughout the Midwest, East Coast and southern portions of the country. The band will be hitting the road for two weeks of dates before entering the studio later this Summer to begin recording their new full-length album due out later this year.

Testament's new album 'Dark Roots Of Earth' is due out on July 31st in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was produced, mixed and mastered by acclaimed British producer Andy Sneap (Arch Enemy, Nevermore, Accept, Exodus). Special bonus tracks were recorded, mixed and mastered by Juan Urteaga (Machine Head, Exodus, Ted Nugent, Night Ranger) at his Trident Studios. Eliran Kantor, who has previously worked with Atheist, Sigh, Anacrusis and Gwar, among others, provided the cover artwork.

Louisiana hard rock luminary, 12 Stones, has announced a month-long summer headlining trek – its first headliner in support of the May 2012 release, 'Beneath The Scars' – set to kick off on July 6th in Merriam, KS. The run will hit 25 U.S. cities before wrapping up in Marietta, GA on August 7th, and will feature Blameshift, Digital Summer and Throwing Gravity in support. A full list of confirmed dates can be seen below. A new single, “The One Thing,” will be released later this summer as the band continues its Beneath The Scars touring onslaught.

The Hives will return to the U.S. this Fall for a West Coast run in support of their lauded new album 'Lex Hives'. Kicking off September 6 in Vancouver, the band will make stops in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Oakland, Las Vegas and more. Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 29. The September tour will expand on the band's current U.S. outing, which kicked off last week to a sold-out Washington D.C. crowd and has seen immense praise, with Philadelphia Inquirer proclaiming "The Hives have been single-handedly saving rock and roll," and the Washington Times stating "The Hives played the audience like a fiddle."

Crowd favourites The Balconies are back on the road this Summer with a slew of festivals in both Canada and the United States, including Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this week, and Edgefest at Downsview Park in Toronto on July 14th. The trio will also be supporting Los Angeles-based group The Aggrolites for three dates this August, including a stop in their hometown of Ottawa on August 2nd.

Kentucky's Dead Icons will kick off "The Lifer Tour" this Friday with Lionheart and Thick As Blood. The tour features some of the best of the current hardcore bands on the scene! The Dead Icons guys will be playing most of their new songs off the new Bullet Tooth album 'Condemned'. Dead Icons bassist Stanley Sievers checked in to say: "We're very excited to be part of the 'Lifer' tour with Lionheart and Thick As Blood! The tour is going to a bunch of cities that we've played many times and it will be great to see our friends all over the country. Hopefully this tour will bring out people that have been listening to us for a while now and also allow our band to appeal to some fresh ears."

Olympia, WA's cult rock and roll band Milk Music are about to embark on a full US tour in July, including a stop at Pitchfork Festival. Today, the band are sharing a new/old track to celebrate the tour. "Violence Now" originally appeared on a very small run of flexi discs as a split effort with Carrie Keith of Gun Outfit. They were included with an issue of the Olympia based NUTS! Fanzine. If you didn't have a friend who was in the know, or were already familiar with NUTS!, chances are you didn't get one. You can hear the dirty, fuzzed out anthem right now, released digitally for the first time.

Tiny Engines (Tigers Jaw, CSTVT, Look Mexico, Restorations) will release State Lines' (Long Island, NY) sophomore effort, a self-titled 7", next week. To celebrate, the band is heading out on tour in support of the release with their pals in The Hotel Year. The self-titled 7" is available for pre-order and will ship next week in line with a July 3, 2012 release date. We've been hoping this day would come since Brooklyn label Temporary Residence Lmitited remastered and reissued the complete works of two of the more important American post-punk bands of the late 80s/early 90s. Bitch Magnet - who recently reunited to celebrate the remastered retrospective of their highly influential catalog - will perform live for the first time in North America in over 20 years! The trio (comprised of all its original members) have confirmed one live concert at New York City's esteemed (Le) Poisson Rouge in October.

Long Island, NY hard rockers Blameshift are thrilled to announce that they will join 12 Stones on their upcoming album release tour! Logging well over 150,000 miles of touring terrain over the better part of the last five years, the band will begin tacking on another several thousand starting July 6th in Merriam, KS. The tour comes to a close a month later on August 7th in Marietta, GA. Amidst the tour, Blameshift will break off for two dates in Pecatonica, IL at Rock'n the Valley 2012 at the Winnebago Fairgrounds. In support of their newly released 'Complete Discography' out now on Temporary Residence, historically celebrated post-punk band Moss Icon have announced their upcoming New York reunion show taking place October 25th at Le Poisson Rouge in New York. Appearing with the band, and also reuniting for this special event, are label-mates Bitch Magnet, marking the first time both bands have performed in New York in over 20 years.
