40 years ago one of the greatest punk rock records, entitled Young Loud and Snotty, was released by a band called the Dead boys. The Cleveland-born band got their start in New York city as part of the CBGB scene in the late '70s, playing with groups like the Ramones and the Dictators.
The Dead Boys were, are and always will be the real deal. The album features such classics as "Sonic Reducer" and "What Love Is," and to celebrate its 40th anniversary the band's remaining members are embarking on a 6-date Ontario, Canada tour.
The touring line-up will feature original members Cheetah Chrome and Johnny Blitz, plus singer Adam Becvare (LustKillers, Black Halos, American Heartbreak) and guitarist Jason Kottwitz (Sylvain Sylvain and the Sylvains).
This will most likely be a once in a lifetime experience, so if you're in any of the following cities you should probably grab a ticket and catch a great punk rock experience.
