The album was recorded in their hometown at The Wonder Ballroom during the Band's 13th anniversary tour of the breakthrough album Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia. "I love the guitar tones on this version. We really nailed that slightly out of tune bashfest that the Italians were nailing in the '60s," said lead singer Courtney Taylor-Taylor.
