The Skinny: Toronto, ON is home to arguably, one of the best underground music scenes in North America, if not the world. Many of the Toronto rockers sport the clothing line known as Playdead Cult, a company owned by the drummer of A Primitive Evolution. It was March 11th, 2010 and Canadian Music Week had barely begun.
