Ninjaspy has premiered "Become Nothing", the band's second single from their upcoming album Spüken, out April 14th. The recording of the album began in November 2014, and it was produced by GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mudvayne, Gallows) and Ben Kaplan (Biffy Clyro, Atreyu, Haste the Day). It displays a fusion of reggae, hardcore, metal and much more.

The album was recorded and mixed in sporadic bursts over the last couple of years in Vancouver, BC. The band previously gave fans a glimpse of the album with an acoustic performance 'Azaria', which appears on the album in a fully amped-up rendition.

Vocalist and guitarist Joel Parent commented: "These 10 songs span a decade, so there are a lot of different feels happening from song to song that represent what we got into over the years. It’s like we spent 10 years swallowing everything life threw at us, then we threw it all back up again, and are now able to listen to the blended, half-digested version of it."
