Metal Blade Records is pleased to welcome comedian and metalhead Don Jamieson to its roster. Don Jamieson, who is currently co-hosting VH1 Classic's hit heavy metal talk show series "That Metal Show," will be filming his performance at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, NJ on January 30 for his upcoming Metal Blade Records debut titled 'Live and Hilarious'. Fans will have two chances to catch the comedian on the 30th as Don performs at both 7pm and 9pm. Tickets are only $10 and can be purchased at THIS LOCATION.

"Metal Blade is easily the most respected label in the world of metal. If you see their stamp on a record, you know it will be heavy. My live stand-up record will bring a metal attitude to comedy and hopefully be one of their heaviest releases of 2011," says Don Jamieson.

"We are very excited to welcome Don Jamieson to the Metal Blade Family. I have long been a big fan of comedy and am looking forward to working with Don. Not only is he an accomplished stand up, but a huge metal fan as well. This will be a new and exciting addition to our metal blade roster," states Brian Slagel

If you're in the NY/NJ area be sure to catch Don Jamieson at Bar Anticipation on Sunday January 30th. And for those who cannot make it, be sure to stay tuned to MetalBlade.com for further details and updates on Don Jamieson's Metal Blade debut 'Live and Hilarious'.
