Toronto rock trio Flamingo Báy have announced their final gig of 2017 before they retreat into the studio to thaw out some sick new licks with producer Moe Berg. Catch the band the Bovine Sex Club on Saturday, December 2nd.
The show will also include The Do Good Badlies (classic rock), Flamingo Báy (swamp rock), and Green Girl (indie rock). Doors are at 9pm and more details can be found at the Facebook Event.
Formed in Edmonton, Alberta in 2011, the band members made their way to Toronto the following year before setting up shop in Hamilton. They quickly released a self-titled EP in August of 2012. After meeting Steve Bigas at Porcelain Records they decided to work with him for their first full-length album Loco Pony. In April of 2015 they released their sophomore record Steak n' Eggs which earned a nomination for Rock Recording of the Year at the Hamilton Music Awards.
