Earlier this month, edibles were consumed and I attempted to survive a Windhand show at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. The recipe that I deemed best for this occasion was the ever-growing popular keto fat bomb.
This simple four-ingredient (three if you want to keep it unsweetened) treasure is becoming a mainstay snack in the ketogenic diet. It’s a general following of nut butter, cocoa powder and a type of fat that when kept cool forms an incredibly tasty treat that packs a real punch.
What’s best about these is they can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer for three months. Just thaw for five minutes and you are ready to go. I’ll keep this short so we can get to baking, but I will leave you with this; keep this recipe cool! You will be left with what looks like a bag of excrement if you diddle daddle too long!
Don’t worry, we also don’t know what the hell a “Bongripper Fat Bombs” is. But it looks tasty!
