Insult To Injury, formerly named I, Creator, is excited to release their first music video from their debut EP entitled Dead Weight. The band formed in January of last year and had quickly risen within the Pittsburgh scene, before solidifying their lineup with the addition of former Voices And Vessels guitarist Cody Cavanugh in the late Summer/early Fall. Dead Weight was released January 15th and was scheduled to be released via Fort Charter Records before the label was bought out and caused the EP to be self-released.

Of Earth, the musical endeavor featuring Rob De Luca (UFO, Sebastian Bach) released their new single "Prototype" last week along with an accompanying music video. Of Earth's second album, entitled The Monarch, will be released via Lovember Records this Spring. The album was co-engineered by "Album Of The Year" Grammy winner Tom Camuso and mastered by Howie Weinberg. In addition to singing and playing bass on The Monarch, Rob De Luca produced and mixed the album as well. Rob De Luca is currently on the road playing bass with legendary British rockers UFO in the UK and Europe.
After releasing their Facedown Records debut album The Absolute, Christian metalcore outfit Ace Augustine seemed to fall off the face of the earth. Then last Summer the band reemerged from the depths with their announcement of signing with Red Cord Records. Up until this point, the band had gone through two rounds of member changes, a break up, and was dealing with a lot of angry and confused fans. Those fans can now rejoice as The Sick and Suffering is tentatively set for an April release. As a present to their loyal fans who have stuck around throughout all of this, the band just released their music video for their first single entitled "Mannequins."
U.K. rock quartet, Amplifier, has released a music video for "Matmos," the opening track from the band's Kscope debut, Echo Street, out April 23. Echo Street, the follow-up to The Octopus, Amplifier's self-released debut which went on to sell over 20,000 copies, was produced by the band's Sel Balamir. The new record also marks the band's first effort with its revamped four-piece line-up, delivering a subtle shift in style and allowing for a mix of the band's signature epic space rock jams with accessible pieces boasting three-part vocal harmonies.
Dutch masters of black metal horror Carach Angren have just released a cinematic music video for the track "The Funerary Dirge of a Violonist" taken from their acclaimed full-length Where The Corpses Sink Forever. The band have also announced a European tour which begins on May 6th, in Cortemaggiore, Italy and will continue until May 25th, in Winterthur, Switzerland. The band will play alongside Septicflesh and support will come from Fleshgod Apocalypse and Descending. Carach Angren are touring in support of their last record, Where The Corpses Sink Forever released last June.

Nashville, Tennessee based rock band Red today debuted their new video for the track "Perfect Life" from their fourth album Release The Panic. To record Release The Panic, the group teamed with producer Howard Benson (P.O.D., My Chemical Romance, Daughtry) at his brand-new West Valley Studios in Los Angeles. Red is currently on tour this Winter/Spring for the Winterjam Arena Tour. Expect the group to announce a nationwide U.S. Spring tour soon.
For the past few years Wilson has transformed shows into parties, and concerts into riots throughout the Midwest. Wilson has not only held their own, but raised the bar for how much fun live music can be. Now Wilson is ready to take their party to the road, heading out on the "Fate or Chaos" North American tour with Mutant Overlords GWAR and Warbeast. The tour is set to kick off April 10th in Tucson, Arizona and will run through April 25th in Jacksonville, Florida. Wilson currently has a new album in the works.
Formed in 2008 and fronted by vocalist Larado Romo, Anti-Mortem's line-up includes older brother-guitarist Nevada Romo, guitarist Zain Smith, bassist Corey Henderson and drummer Levi Dickerson. With over 300 shows to their name, these Chickasha, Oklahoma natives (aged between 18 & 22) spent their formative nights and weekends woodshedding their sound on the concert stage they built themselves in the Smith family barn (originally intended to store an old car collection). Anti-Mortem will record their debut album in March with Hollywood-based producer Bob Marlette (Blackstone Cherry, Shinedown, Rob Zombie). The band’s first full-length will be released later this year.
Sad Robot unveiled a video for God Damn The Man today, the third single from their debut album 1.0. The video is a humorous take on what is an otherwise heartfelt and passionate protest song. From the Office Space homage to the guitar smashing final scene, the band's quirky personality is on full display here. The band has a live EP coming in April that will be a Spotify exclusive release. After that, the band will finish recording tracks for an EP of all new material that will be released by June.

The band recently announced a new batch of Spring tour dates including their participation in the "The Sick Tour II" last week, which begins soon. With the release of Jolly's new album The Audio Guide To Happiness (Part 2) only a week away, the band has unveiled their first video for their premier single, "Dust Nation Bleak." The Audio Guide to Happiness (Part 2) has come to symbolize Jolly's triumph over Hurricane Sandy, the devastating storm that wreaked havoc on their studio and left drummer/producer Louis Abramson homeless just weeks before its completion. Luckily the album was saved from the disaster, completed in various friends living rooms, and is being released March 5th. In support of the new album, Jolly will join label-mates Riverside on a small tour starting at the end of April, which follows a month of overseas dates with Riverside in March.
On the night of May 9, 2012 The Dear Hunter took to the stage of the sold out Somerville Theater just outside of Boston for a special one-time event, the performance of The Color Spectrum in its entirety. Over three hours of music with special guests Andy Hull (Manchester Orchestra), The Boston String Party and more. The night was filmed and will be released in pristine high definition and presented in digital 5.1 surround sound on March 12th. "Deny It All" is the second full clip from the upcoming DVD.
Scottish metallers Bleed From Within have released the music video for "Uprising," the title-track of their forthcoming album. Uprising is the band's third full-length release, and is due out via Century Media Records on April 2, 2013 in North America and March 25, 2103 in Europe. Right around the release of Uprising, Bleed From Within will kick off a heavy touring cycle. First will be a European tour supporting Testament and Shadows Fall followed by the band's own headlining run throughout UK.

Upon Wings is set to release its new EP, Afterlife, on March 5th via Sword of the Spirit Records. Rock and metal fans will recognize plenty of names on Afterlife. Kid Rock recording engineer and Grammy-nominated mixing engineer Glenn Brown mastered the single, while Brett Hestla (ex-Creed, Dark New Day) provided guest vocals and production talents. More assistance came from Canadian producer and guitarist Kevin Jardine and drummer Peter Tzaferis. Recording sessions for Afterlife took place at Johnny K's legendary Groovemaster Studios in Chicago, where Disturbed, 3 Doors Down, Staind and countless other heavy music-makers have laid down tracks.
